new cell phone- i have a new cell phone now.. i'm now using the Motorola Razr V3 from Verizon Wireless (see more information here).. i'm happy with it so far, but i've only had it a few hours i guess.. i've updated the Cell Phone Image Galleries and the new phone will have it's own gallery.. see the cell phone images galleries for more.. the gallery from my LG-VX8100 has been updated with all my pics and will not be updated again.. see the RazrV3 gallery now (only one pic so far. here's one).
i went over to the starbucks by the gallivan center with my parents after the draft party.. this homeless guy was kicked out by security and was arguing with him.. not sure what happend after, i soon left..

utah jazz nba draft party at delta center- i went to the draft party tonight at the delta center with my dad.. our usher from the last 2 seasons also emailed me and met us there and sat by us.. it was fun, i'm sure gonna miss not having season tickets next year.. jazz picked Ronnie Brewer for the 14th pick, we toured the locker room and left shortly after that.. here are a few pics that are my favorites.. see jazzcrap.com for the rest of the pics..

the "i never should have replied" blog- well. most of you knew that "you know who" texted me saying to call her back. i didn't call back all day. everyone said not to, but i knew that i wanted to, so i did. i should have listened to everyone else and never replied. it probably would have been for the better.
anyways. here's the story.. she texted me in the morning saying, "call me on your break." we were so busy most of the afternoon that i never got around to it. everyone knew she texted me, everyone said don't bother replying and i should move on. i thought i had moved on, but deep down i knew i still cared about her.. i replied after work saying, "sorry no reply earlier been busy. i cant call you. i just cared about you so much and i hate thinking your with someone else." no reply for about 20 minutes, then a reply.. "i think that's fucked up but thats good luck in all you do." (sounds like another incomplete sentence to me).
guess she showed me. whatever. where did i go wrong? things used to be good. she made me happy and (i thought) i made her happy too.. i guess she thought i was pressuring her into a relationship and we talked briefly about it.. she said she just got out of her last one which was a long time and all she needed was a friend.. i was fine with that. i cared about her and just wanted her to be happy. no big deal.. she quit TP to go elsewhere, and the next thing i know she is already in another relationship.. what's up with that? had enough time passed so she felt ready for another one? it really hadn't been that long..
anyways.. nobody probably wants to read this shit anyways.. if you ever do come to my website anymore amanda, where did i go wrong? i cared about you and would have done anything for you.. i should have listened to everyone who told me to move on way back when.. i thought you were different and i thought we could be something.. sorry i cared about you so much, guess i never should have..
this post is from back in november, when i first found out she was a liar.. i should never have started talking to her again.. i even apologized back then for posting this on my website.. whatever i guess... when we first started talking, she told me she was living with her sister.. i found out from multiple co-workers that she was only telling me that, she told everyone else she lived with her "x-boyfriend". i asked her about that, and only then did she tell me the truth that she was living with him.. would i never have found out if co-workers never told me?
poor slakis- i call this one the poor slakis post.. i needed something new for my site, so here it goes.. for those of you who don't know, i've been talking a lot lately with a co-worker, under the impression that she was single, but just "living" with her x-boyfriend.. scandalous bitch.. she even told me once they slept in seperate beds, but i can't see that happening anymore.. must have been just another one of the many lies i've heard over the past few weeks.. here's how the conversation went down last night.. luckily, she doesn't come in until after i leave, so over time, my wounds will heal and i'll be back to my normal self again.. i let my guard down and it's my own fault..

today's fun work day- today's work day was pretty fun, but it was also pretty long.. i got there about 615am and didn't leave until around 830pm.. wow, i haven't worked that long since "you know who" worked nights and i used to work a full shift, just to get to see her.. wow, i was rich back then.. anyways.. for lunch we went to cafe rio, me, great lake tyler, speedy gonzalez and fairy-on. we took 2 cars..

helium tank, almost taken- i was sitting near the helium tank today when someone came walking up to it with a nozzle.. they asked if we already had one, i said, "no, but it would help us use the helium tank more." the guy put a nozzle on the helium tank, then proceeded to take it with him.. i was sad, i thought for sure the helium tank was leaving us for good.. i found out later it wasn't moved far and was only taken to fill up some birthday balloons, it will probably be back.

last week an old lady came and looked for the tank, so i disguised the tank as an L1 agent.. it was still here, so it must have worked.

ok.. listen to this POLICE story (updated: 9:52pm sunday night)
so i'm sitting at my house, being bored, around 9:00pm on saturday night.. i hear what sounds like a car out at the street, screeching to a halt and flying down my drive way.. i look out the window and see a grand prix pull up and stop, two hispanics inside the car, male and female.. i hear sirens off in the distance.. i have no idea who these people are, they don't live in my building so what the hell are they doing in my driveway?
they come to a halt blocking my parking lot and scream expletives, then get out and book it down through some backyards behind my house.. about 20 seconds later, there are 3 police cars in my driveway, all of which are still running with the keys in them, unlocked....
the 3 police get out and run around looking, not knowing where the people went.. i saw the two suspects get out of the car and had a good look at them, so i opened up my blinds to tell the cops what they looked like... the cops were kinda startled by me opening my blinds so fast, but i told them i saw two hispanics get out and start running, and gave them my address.. they call it in on the radio, and it turns out to be a crazy filled night of police activity, all in my own apartment complex...
i got some good pictures.. i was out with a neighbor of mine who also had a camera.. there were 3 running police cars in my driveway, and the suspects car, and no police were in sight at all. we just took a few pictures of the police and criminals car, then walked around the block.. the police setup a permiter around the whole block, checking cars that were leaving.. i saw a few k9 groups as we walked around, i guess the suspects fled and got away from the police.. they never caught them...
after the cops gave up looking, 3 of them were in my driveway telling a lieutenant about what happened.. apparently the guy had a gun and was on his way to shoot his xgirlfriend.. he had a warrant out for $10k and was out on parole as well, so as soon as he gets caught, he'll be back in jail..
damn... the car was towed around 11:00 or so and i posted my pictures.. i guess this recap explains everything, so just go to my page to look at the pictures.. crazy crazy crazy..

OLD RECAP, posted right after incident, one above was done later) i'm sitting at my computer in my bedroom, window is open.. i hear a car come flying down the driveway to my apartment complex.. sounds like they're hitting stuff, like other cars or fences, on the way in.. they get to where my window is and stop the car.. get out and run.. i look outside my window just before they start getting out, so i see what they look like...
about 20 seconds later, area is flooded with cops.. 3 more cop cars come flying in and park behind the car.. with their lights on, they run around frantically trying to find the 2 people that go running..
i open my blinds which kinda startles them a little bit and they jump, they look up and at me.. i tell them i saw the two hispanics go running down that way, a K9 follows shortly after and the cops leave to go find the criminals..
anotherguy from my complex was out there too, so me and him went and walked around and looked at the cop cars parked, the stolen car. i had my camera and must have 50 pictures or so.. cops surround the block and setup a containment perimieter... i walk around the block with the guy, apparently the cops never got the two people, i guess theygot away and are home free. but i guess they know who...
the guy supposedly has a $10,000 warrant out, is out on parole.. the cops tell me the guy was going to go shoot his xgirlfriend and he had been brandishing a gun, so you can imagine the police activity..
can you believe that shit? HAHHAHA
UPDATE 2: i was in my 2nd bedroom and i was listening to the cops, 3 of them were explaining the a lieutenant or something about what had happened.. i guess the gun was a fake gun, a toy. they found it in the car.. the two people got away and escaped, they say the guy does have a $10,000 warrant out so as soon as he is found, they'll arrest him.. as of right now (10:49Pm), the driveway is still blocked and the car is still there.. i jsut went out and talked to the cops a few more minutes, they have all my information in case they need to contact me for a report or something..
